Job Title: Corporate Quality Management

Department: QSHES

Reporting to: QSHES MANAGER

Location: Within Indonesia

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Managing and ensuring the effective application of Corporate Quality Management System (CQMS).
    • Ensuring compliance with government regulations, CASRs, BARS, and ISSA standards.
    • Updating and maintaining the CQMS Manual and relevant safety documentation.
    • Organizing and conducting Safety, Security, and Quality audits.
    • Tracking and following up on internal and external audit findings.
    • Supporting safety investigations, including accident/incident analysis and LOSA audits.
    • Bringing safety concerns to the attention of the QSHES (Quality, Safety, Health, Environment & Security) and providing recommendations for improvement.
Professional Requirements:
    • Holds or has held one of the following: Pilot License, Engineer License, Flight Engineer License, or Flight Operations Officer (FOO) License.
    • At least 2 years of experience in a Safety Officer (CASO) role within a Safety or Quality Department.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management (preferred).
    • Certified Company Aviation Safety Officer (CASO).
    • Trained in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 series).
    • IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
    • Willingness to travel and stay in remote areas for designated duty periods.
