Job Title: Financial Controller

Department: FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING

Reporting to: PRESIDENT DIRECTOR

Location: Tangerang

Principal Accountabilities:
    • Oversee financial reporting, month-end closing, and management accounts preparation.
    • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, perform tax planning, and handle financial institution dealings.
    • Review yearly budgets, monitor actual spending, forecast, and negotiate contracts for better pricing.
    • Monitor financial and internal audits, ensure timely reporting, and manage compliance with financial regulations.
    • Maintain strong relationships with clients for financial satisfaction including submitting costs to clients in timely manner and ensuring terms of payment are met with our vendors
    • Fast learning on company business process
    • Support system upgrades, SOP updates, and other company-wide financial enhancements
Non Technical Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s/Master's Degree in Accounting
    • Minimum 5-7 years managerial level in financial/ accounting/ tax management, preferably within aviation private charter, or a related industry
    • Must have an audit background
    • Familiarity with aviation regulations, cost structures, and operational finance.
    • Experience with financial/ accounting software/ MS Excel and any supporting system
    • Ability to deliver tasks on time and manage multiple priorities
    • Willing to be located in Tangerang area
