Reporting to: TECHNICAL MANAGER

Location: Tangerang

• Prepare and implement the annual Corporate Safety, Security & Quality (SSQ) Audit Plan
• Conduct Operations Audits, Surveillance, and LOSA (Line Operations Safety Audit) observations
• Manage Departmental ISSA Preparation (DIP) audits for Flight, Cabi,n and DSPO areas
• Review audit findings, provide recommendations, and monitor corrective actions
• Perform gap analysis and follow up on DIP audit findings until closure
• Manage BARS (Basic Aviation Risk Standard) and ISSA (IATA Standard Safety Assessment) certification audit results
• Review and update the Corporate Quality Management System Manual in line with CASR (Civil Aviation Safety Regulations) and IATA (International Air Transport Association) standards
• Maintain compliance with CASR 119, 121, 135, and 91
• Lead or support safety investigations when required
• Prepare quality performance and SSQ reports for SRB (Safety Review Board) and SAG (Safety Action Group) meetings

• Must hold or have previously held a valid Pilot License and Company Aviation Safety Officer (CASO) certification
• Possess relevant training certifications in Quality Management Systems, such as the ISO 9001 series
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Safety Officer (CASO) role within a Safety or Quality Department.
• Preferably experienced as an SSQ Auditor, LOSA observer, Aircraft Accident/Incident Investigator, and/or Instructor or Facilitator
• Preferably a university graduate with a background in Aviation Management or a related field
