Job Title : Quality Control Inspector
Department : Technical
Reporting to : Chief Inspector
Location : Within Indonesia


Principal Accountabilities:

- To ensure that DGAC regulations and Company Policies, Standards and Procedures are maintained so that Technical Department activities are conducted safely and efficiently.

  - Responsible for quality inspections (aircraft inspections, shop inspections and material inspections) and ensure the highest standards of workmanship are constantly upheld by all technical personnel so that the joint objectives of aircraft safety, reliability, minimum downtime and controlled cost are achieved at all times

  - Ensure all technical data is maintained current that programmes in use comply with all regulatory requirements, and are adequate for the Company’s operational requirements

  - Liaise with DGCA and other Aviation Regulatory Agency

  - Develops, administer and arrange training program/requirements of Technical Department personnel and maintains maintenance training records and company training facilities.

  - Comply with and promote the Company HSE policy and ensure the highest standards of work safety are maintained at all times, so that Technical Department activities are conducted without injury, illness, incident or lost time

Professional Requirements:

  • LPPU Curug or alternate Aviation graduates
  • Holds Basic Licenses (A1 & A4 or C1,C2 & C4)
  • AMEL endorsed in one of fleet
  • Minimum 5 years aviation experience
  • Good computer literate
  • Good understanding spoken & written English
  • Thorough knowledge of DGCA CASR

Non Technical Requirements:

• Ability to troubleshoot and work alone
• Previous experience in maintenance planning of resources
• Passed medical health test
• Minimum TOEIC Score of 550
• Passed Blind Color Test
