Job Title : Non-Technical Training Instructor
Department : Training & Standards 
Reporting to : Training & Standards Manager
Location : Within Indonesia


Principal Accountabilities:

  • Develop and present all non-technical training courses and workshops in accordance with industry best practices
  • Compile training records and statistical data as required
  • Ensure that suitable training venues and relevant training equipment are allocated as per training schedule
  • Adherence to the documents control system, to ensure that the correct version of training material is issued by staff to learners and trainers
  • Ensure that all flight crew operational qualifications are accurately and timeously updated on the Rusada System to ensure that flight crew operate aircraft as per legislative requirements
  • Validate and perform quality assurance on data inputs and qualification changes on the Rusada System


Professional Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience as an Aviation Instructor preferably with technical background/education
  • Thorough knowledge on aviation training subjects such as: CRM, DGR, SMS, Threat & Error Management, Fatigue Management
  • University graduated is preferred but not essential
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to travel to field area if required
  • Willing to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia
