• D3/S1, preferably in Information Systems or Engineering (Information Technology or Computer System) or equivalent Computer Literate.

Working Experience:
• Minimum 3 years experiences in network, system, and end user support.
• In-depth knowledge of various network system & devices (Firewall, Router, Switch, Antivirus, Wifi Controller & Access Point, Printer, CCTV, Access Door, and PABX phone system.
• Able to troubleshoot end user devices (notebooks, mobile phones, and monitoring).
• Recording IT assets, maintaining assets, and implementing monitoring software.

• Manage relationship & diversity
• Passed medical health test
• English as per standard requirement
• Must be able to work constructively in team, discipline, highly motivated and willing to learn.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skill and team work
• Willing to travel and have high flexibility on project allocation.

Job Description:

• This position is accountable to assist MIS Manager in the administration, operation, maintenance, development and troubleshooting of company information system including computer hardware and infrastructure for optimum performance, availability, and efficiency.
• Spesific tasks involve maintaining hardware components including servers, computer clients, firewalls, bandwidth management, PABX phone system, switches, routers and other associated network hardware to ensure system readiness and availability. Author and maintain technical documentation for IT Asset.
• To supervise the training of user in the use of computer, printers and other peripherals in addition to the program application installed.
• To support network administrators and system administrators in the maintenance and recording of IT assets in the company.
