Job Title : Employee Relations Officer
Department : Human Resources
Reporting to : Human Resources Manager
Location : Within Indonesia


Principal Accountabilities:

Responsible to update expatriate documents expiry list in the system and liaise with agent for monitoring the document extension
Responsible for maintaining original documents in order to ensure efficient and easy to retrieve when needed
To coordinate with agent refer to direction from Personnel Administrations and Employee Relation Supervisor related to extension process of expatriate documents
Prepare all letter, copies of documents for extension process of expatriate documents
To make written report to local Immigration Office of every expatriate crew coming in to job site
Process visa application request from other Department in regards to the business trip
Other administration duties shall be undertaken as required by the Company from time to time, especially related to personnel administrations and employee relations

Professional Requirements:

At least an S-1 degree any related background
Minimum 3 years working as administrations preferably handling expatriate and personnel /Human Resources 
Fluent in English both oral and written
Preferably has good network with DGCA (Directorate General Civil Aviation) 

Non Technical Requirements:

Willing to be hired on contract basis
Ability to work independently or in a team
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Ability to prioritize and organize work
Willing to work in Tangerang area
